Under the Gun

The Brady Bill requires every gun store to run a background check with the FBI before someone can purchase a gun. But if the FBI sees something they need to investigate further they only have 3 DAYS to take action, otherwise the sale can proceed. This loophole allowed a shooter in Charleston, SC to purchase a gun and go into a church in kill 9 people. It also allows for more than 3,000 guns to be sold yearly to people who are known to be severely mentally ill or dangerous criminals.

Sensible guns laws work. Help close the loopholes, like the Charleston loophole, to enforce these laws.
